Copying / Backing up CD's

I have a bunch of scratched disks that i need to back up / make copy's of as i fear they will become unusable - one of which is an XP Disk, others drivers etc.

Is there software / an easy way this can be done?

I'm trying to backup a CD of Microsoft Office 2007, do i back it up into an .iso? Then re-burn onto another CD. Or Copy and paste the files of it and then paste the files onto a CD.

yes. And tick the verify option as well.
