If there is a LAN port on ones HT BD player and its connected to your network. Can you use the software ie. DVDShrink to rip the disc to store a copy.
Or would you imagine the BD players LAN port is only for firmware updates.
Sorry if this is obvious. I haven't a BD drive on my PC and this feature would be useful.
