Hello guys just quick question about using my 60GB SSD as Windows drive. In Steam they is a nice simple option where I can add different folder location so if I have a game install on SSD and another on HDD I can add the both folder locations.

But Origin dont have no feature? So if I was to have say BF3 on my SSD and Fifa 13 on HDD how would I go about it?

Thanks

Thanks but I still confused about origin lol

On Steam in the settings you can easy add new locations
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common = SSD
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common = HDD

Etc

But Origin you only get one choice? So if I have BF3 on SSD and change the location to that folder, what happens to my other Origin games on the HDD?

Sorry if it sounds like a stupid question this going to be my first time using SSD for Windows OS drive.

Have you tried just copying (or 'moving') the BF3 folder to your SSD? Can't really see why it wouldn't work. I know Steam is inherently portable, don't know about Origin (I refuse to use it) but all that should really matter are the game files themselves.

Going to try over the weekend, not had a chance to install Windows today so looks like Saturday now.

Installed Windows onto SSD and I have put all my games onto another Hard drive. I not going to bother putting any games onto the SSD till I upgrade to a bigger one later this year.
