Copying iPhone music from iPhone 4 to SE

My fiancé has upgraded her phone however she has music that she cited from her original CDs 4-5 years ago, but no longer has the disk. What's the best way to do this?

Backup one phone and restore it to the other.

I think you have to have the library that they were initially synced to.
