Copying Lots of Files

I currently have 60Gb of data on one of my hard drives, on an external USB drive I have 94Gb of data but 60Gb of that is the same as what is on the other drive. Is there any way I can copy the new/missing data from the USB drive without just going "yes to all" when Windows pops up and says files already exist?

Hope this makes sense.

Thanks

If you mean you dont want to overwrite the original stuff, then cant you just copy it over to a different location?

I think the point is that it's a bit daft copying over a load of data that already exists just to merge in some new stuff.

Take a look at something like Beyond Compare. It works out what's in each folder, and what needs copying to one to make it the same as the other.
