As title folks, I wish to copy some excel data from my VNC session to a local excel sheet. I was wondering if there are any wierd and wonderful programs that can help with this or is it impossible since a VNC session is just streaming to my PC.

No I have to email files from the offsite to my local copy.

But just to confirm, there isnt some kind of 3rd party program which is smart enough to somehow ascertain that when using a copy command on client will trigger a copy of whatever is select onscreen and try to format it as close as possible locally?
