Copying someones fleebay thread\description

The image you're using isn't the image of your product, it may be similar, but it's still not the image of what you're selling, therefore it's false advertisement in a way.

is the image even theres? stick in in tinyeye or google images and see where it originates

I think they've made it yes.

Basically the image is a normal picture of a product (from the original manufacturer, available anywhere and everywhere) but with extra images and names photo shopped over the top.

Part of the image ive found in hundreds of websites through google image search
so I might just take it, reverse it the other way and wack it on the same picture.. lol.

Not worth copying someones listings and/or image. Especially an image they have taken themselves. eBay can and will cancel your listing, and can take it further if they wanted to. Also, its very easy to create a duplicate account, buy an item of yours and trash feedback. Only takes a couple of negs to drag you down!

Not worth it if they are your competitors!

you will look like a scammer and no one (whos not stupid) will bid , your item will sell cheaply to a really risky chap who thought hed risk a scam for a bargain anyway

My gf did this and the owner of the listing reported it to Ebay and they cancelled her listing and she lost her fees.
I never realised they lost their fee as well as having the listing removed. A similar thing happened when I last sold something on ebay, I never bothered contacting the other person just reported it to ebay and it was removed. They relisted still using my image so I reported it again and it was once again removed.
