Copying video off Android phone?

I've started vlogging again and while I can upload from my phone I'd like to use my computer instead. My phone doesn't have an SD card slot though so I'll have to copy it off the internal storage. What folder does the camera app save video files to?

DCIM/camera if default camera app.

Or use OneDrive and have it auto upload the files so you can download them to your pc (vie OneDrive on the pc)
