This is my first time spec'ing but i think it look's ok.
Anyway if you are planing on overclocking i would suggest buying the e6300 OEM and getting a decent cpu cooler.

It is quite possible, this won't be a great system for overclocking but there is a bit of potential and you get a good graphics card into the bargain. I just read that you don't need an optical drive so you are under budget by £20 or so.
