well a bit strange this, task manager is showing one core only
power plan is set to full power, ran msconfig but couldn't see anything out of place. device manager shows dual core. not sure what else i could try?
eist and c1e don't disable cores.
Is your os set to ACPI multiprocessor pc ( computer tab under device manager )?
If it is, then I really have no idea :s.
