Core 2 Duo Lapping Guide?

Hi, Im looking for a lapping guide as im thinking of lapping my E6300, any one got a link to a decent guide or a thread on here (Have tried searching couldnt find anything) That shows you how to lap a C2D?

Also whats the best grade of sandpaper to start with, ive got 1500, 2000, 2500 will i be able to lap with these?

TBH then it was probably pretty flat anyway. By eye, mine looked a bit dipped and it showed as I lapped it, with the centre bit the last to expose the copper. Not bumped any voltages yet on the CPU (don't think I'll bother) but it knocked about 3C off load temps with watercooling.
