They're being marked up everywhere in the US as well. Newegg just listed the 9900K for $580, which is almost $100 above MSRP. Par for the course for a new CPU launch.

The Ryzen CPU's were pretty much $/£ conversion plus VAT on launch, not much if any "gouging" on release, as I bought one on launch
