I'm in the market for a laptop for audio production/DJ use. Would really like to get hold od a dual core lappy, however the new core duo 2 laptops are due.

Does anyone know when they are due, hopefully not too long.

Intel released the merom processor (the mobile version of core2duo) alongside the conroe cpu the other week, so it shouldn't be long before we start seeing them being sold by the major manufacturers - though atm I don't know of any
