You mean the Core 2 Duo E6550 right?
CPU speed should be 2.33ghz. FSB speed is 1333mhz. CPU multiplier should be 7 according to the Intel spec sheet, so the bus speed should be 333mhz. If the program is showing 8.85, then that's impossible as you can't raise the multiplier with this chip. Download CPU-Z and it will tell you the correct CPU speed and multiplier. Then on CPU-Z I would press the validate button, sumbit it online then give the link it gives you so then we can see the full detail of your PC.
