Core i7 920 D0 - Need help with stable overclock

Okay, have just overclocked my cpu stable @ 4ghz. 1.31875v cpu, 1.35v QPI and 1.9v CPU PLL, Disabled spread spectrum.

I did linx and got temps of 77-81 under full load which I am pleased about. Whilst gaming my temps max out in the low 60s/high 50s. My idle temps at the moment (with central heating off) are around 37-42c. Is this acceptable for air cooling on a 920 D0 @4ghz?


Will now try and see about lowering the CPU voltage and hopefully lower temps a degree or two.

Also when doing linx @ 4ghz, I saw no real difference in the times compared to when I did it at 4.2ghz.
