Core i7 ES Chips

Changing the Ai Overclock Tuner to Manual and the VCore to 1.35, the QPI/DRAM COre Voltage to 1.35

I could run Prime for 2 minutes without BSOD but the temps were up between 90 and 100 again.

edit: notice the difference in temps between core temp and PC Probe:

 
I think Probe reads the temps from the mb sensors, CoreTemp is the more accurate reading.

you can try upping the vDIMM to 1.64, I belive the stock volts for your RAM is 1.65
