Core i7 ith 4gb ram

Either it's a P55 i7 chip, rather than an X58 i7 chip, or someone has put a triple channel system together with a stick of ram missing. Which would still work.
 
It may be a socket 1156 i7 cpu, but 1366 i7 can run on 2 sticks I had todo this in the past.
