Core isolation giving driver errors? Disable it, plus better performance anyway

I just did a fresh install of windows 11 an d found that my soundcard driver will no longer install. It's never been a problem on Windows 11 before.

Eventually I found out it's because a recent windows 11 updated forces on a feature called Core Isolation and this prevents low level software like drivers from making system changes if the driver is not on the approved list and my soundcard driver was not on the list because it's old (it's a driver file from 2016 and the manufacturer has not updated it).

Once I disabled core isolation the driver installed no problem. But core isolation also also reduces your gaming performance so even if you don't have driver issues but if you want some extra frames per second, just disable it

FYI this only gets enabled on new installs of 22H2 and only if you meet the requirements (TPM 2.0, secure boot, and a couple of other things like DEP and MAT).
