Core & memory clock low o 1900XT

Hi, ive got a sapphire 1900XT and the core i clocking at 499 & mem is 594. Now arnt they supposed to be 625/720? Im using latest omega drivers & XP media centre 2005.
 
Thats 2d speeds, when u run a 3d app the drivers sense this and clock the card to the higher speeds ;)
 
Open up Catalyst control center,ATI overdrive, click the gold padlock to un-lock, set your speeds :)

Card should do 675 core 800 memory easy :)

ATI Tool will work fine, you just need to disable the 2D/3D switching services and make sure that you don't trust the ATI Tool artifact detector, as it's bugged with X1*00 series cards. :)
