currently running 1.3v @ q6600 3.0ghz 8 x 375

Strictly speaking RealTemp is correct.

It doesn't lie as such. They take their readings according to different Tjunctions, and whilst they might give different readings, they'll both be the same distance from their pre-programmed Tj setting. It's why Core Temp is almost always either exactly 5c or exactly 10c higher than Real Temp.

Real Temp might look better because it offers a lower reading, but it's no further from the throttle point in reality.
