Looking to upgrade the core stuff (CPU+Mobo+RAM) in my rig and looking for bit of a sanity check as I've not been keeping up to date on gear. Would be used for streaming and moderate gaming (i.e. ultra settings in GTAV not required 
). I got a decent GPU, case, and PSU already.
Only real requirement for the mobo is atleast 5xSATA connectors on the Mobo. Aircooling the CPU so should I downgrade the Mobo to a cheaper one with less overclocking features or invest in a thirdparty heatsink and get an OEM cpu?
Is Windows 7 still the best choice for gaming? or would Windows 8.1 be worth an investment? (exclude OS from budget, it's already factored should it be needed)
Is 16GB RAM overkill?
What I'm currently looking at, so budget around the £400 +- 10%
