Core & ring power limit exceeded

As above really, my core power limit seems to getting exceeded along with the ring/package power limit. Now as far as I can tell this occurs at some point when my system is asleep... It doesn't seem to occur during normal operation or during gaming however if I sleep the system overnight, the following day HWinfo will display a 'yes' in the box's.

It is mildly overclocked to 4.8 Ghz but is very stable on stress tests.

Is this anything to worry about? Can I do anything to address it?

Any further info you need just ask.

TIA

I don't know about ring/package, I'm guessing this is an AMD thing. But I would speculate that it could be the startup process. Booting a PC puts loads of stress on the CPU so maybe resuming from sleep does too? Can you get graphs from somewhere of your power levels?

That sounds possible given when it seems to occur... I will see what I can do re the graphs.
Rig is intel & asus.

Would increasing voltage slightly to eradicate it be worth it? Assuming this was the issue

Well more voltage would mean more power I assume. Can you set the power limit? Or is it the TDP? I wonder if it's just because of the overclock and nothing to worry about.
