Core Temp or SpeedFan - 5deg difference!?!?

Just been testing my temps at stock levels before I start OCing and I'm getting different temps being reported. Speedfan is reporting 5deg higher on both cores than Core Temp is, both at idle and under full load in Prime.

Which program do I believe?
 
Sorry, CPU is an E5200 on an Asus P5N73-CM board (nVidia chipset)

I've now got 4 temp apps running, speedfan & the nVidia system monitor reporting the same temp, but Coretemp & realtemp also reporting a different temp

Arrrgghhh, which 2 are correct?
