Core temp V's Asus probe

Once my system has steeled im getting strange readings.
(C2D watercooled @ 3.2Ghz 1.35v )

Core temp idle 37/38°c
Core temp load (Orthos Gromac) 48/49°c


Asus probe idle 42/43°c
Asus probe load 55/56°c


core temp's readings don't lag like asus probe.

Anyone else found large discrepancy with temps ??

Always go with core temps, they are on a die sensor, much more accurate.
