core temps on NC10 seems high

just out of interest i ran core temps on my NC10, it had only been turned on 5 mins and already its showing 55c.
does this seem a little high or is this average?
was thinking maybe try and put new paste (AS5) on, dont even know if i can yet but its jsut a thought!!

Mine's at 18 on idle, never tried it on load - will try Prime95 to warm it up a bit...

Stabilised (well, 5mins anyway) at around 35 on Prime, on mains not using any power-saving features. Might go a degree or 2 higher if I leave it half an hour I suppose but nowhere near 55

I don't think I would like to try and re-seat the HS myself.

[edit] After 30mins Prime95 it's on 37deg. - 60sec after stopping Prime95 it's back down to 23deg.

is that using core temps?
well i was just playing and took sammy apart, took of hsf and put some artic freeze paste on.
temps are still the same:(
 
interesting, i just done same with real temps and temps now showing around 20c, but checket tj max and its at 80.
so what would be the correct setting for the atom?
