is is coorst to state that the new processors running the FSB 1333 are
accually overclocked core 2 duo's, apart from the new go stepping then.
looks like that to me.

E6550 = oc 6320
E6750 = oc 6420
E6850 = oc 6600

So are these really worth it, considering pernyn is just about 5 months off.

No. They are different. The new ones use less energy so run a bit cooler and could overclock a but more.
