Core2Duo EIST and overclocking

Hi,

Just a quick question about overclocking. Does EIST/SpeedStep still work when overclocking? Does it depend on whether you manually set voltages?

I haven't bought the system yet and don't really know much about overclocking. I would like EIST to work, so the answer to this will help me decide on the hardware I need.
