Corel Painter 2020 does not recognise my GPU, I have an ageing system originally hand built with fast components about 8 years ago. My GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX580, The motherboard is an ASUS P8P67 Pro. Corel Painter refuses to recognise the GPU and so uses the CPU to process Digital painting. If I upgraded the GPU to later version would I see any benefit, or would I be trying to fit a Jet Engine in a Spitfire? (or Tiger Moth!).

Thanks for your reply. Yes I have, although the latest Drivers seem to be dated over a year ago as if they are not supporting. I recently reinstalled the driver from scratch and at the same time removed all the other NVIDIA software like 3D that likes to install simultaneously.
