coretemp drivers?!?!?!

hey got my pc back up and running again and everything is sweet... apart from when i try to run core temp

its comes up with this error message and then a load of boxes pop up and keep comming till i endtask it

ive got windows vista ultimate x64 and an asus p5e mobo

any ideas?

humm well just tried to select the boot method but with my mobo when i press F8 it comes up with boot selection ie. HDD or CD

so not too sure what to do, and not keen on this uninstalling fixes for windows

try F5 instead of F8

Press F8 after POST.
You might not need to uninstal the hot fixes, I didn't.

ayyy F5 got up the menu then i had to press F8 for advanced options, and then disadbled the enforce digital driver signing..... what does that mean exactly tho

yes core temp works but what did i do

anything can come of disabling that option>?

ummm ok just reatarded my pc after downloading some stuff.... do i have to disable the digital drivers each time because now its not working again

You need to get a modified coretemp which runs in Vista without disabling the driver verification. An older version of coretemp is available here http://forums.erodov.com/local_links.php?catid=18 with the mod, from memory you can just replace the exe with the newest version.

I'll check later when I'm at home to confirm that.
