I'm new to this not started overclocking yet so everything still at stock, so why the big difference in core temps between the two?

Speedfan v4.33
Core 0 - 31C
Core 1 - 31C

CoreTemp v0.95
Core 0 - 47C
Core 1 - 46C

Which one is correct?

Got Everest Home edition v2.20.405 and I can't see any core temps?

Doesn't recognise my mobo reports the motherboard name as "unknown"

Also confused at the voltages reported in Everest?

Everest
CPU Core - 2.19v
+2.5V - 3.22v
+3.3V - 1.54v
+5V - 5.05v
+12V - 12.22v
VBAT - 3.10v

BIOS voltages
Vcore - 1.31v
3.3V - 3.36v
5V - 4.94v
12V - 12.28v

Is this a mobo compatibility issue?

Is that right? I thought the difference was due to the fact that CoreTemp and TAT read the temps straight off the die, while Speedfan reads it from somewhere off the edge (and hence appears cooler).

That being the case and as I can't seem to use TAT, I'll stick to CoreTemp and CPUZ.

Thanks for the info everybody.

I'm logged in as 'administrator' when I get the error I posted earlier trying to run TAT.

"Error enumerating On Demand Clock Modulation support. Terminating Tool"
