hi all

just downloaded core temp and its saying core 0 is at 40c and core 1 is at 31c, is this strange? im sure my hsf is seated correctly.

nope, taken whist the pc is completely idle and 0% cpu use.

ridiculous temps tbh, i need to buy a new heatsink.

52c core 1, 56-57c core 2 running folding@home on both cores - 100% CPU Use. I'm not too bothered about it unless it goes above 65c or becomes unstable.

artic cooling freezer 64 pro....but I snapped the fan off so I put an 80mm case fan on it for the meantime.

The fan on mine isn't facing the case fans, its facing the other way.
