Corporate forum system suggestions

I'm very familiar with PHPbb/vBulletin forums, both installation and the configuration side however these have been for my own personal, small business and non corporate purposes.

Could anyone suggest a product which fits my requirements?

Enterprise product
Full support, regular updates i.e. telephone support.
SQL Server based database (ideally avoid mySQL/php).
Approx 400 users.

Any suggestions are greatly received.

Anything from Atlassian tick the boxes? Is it just discussions or more project-based?

I freelance for a company that uses Atlassian Confluence (and also Jira for bug tracking) extensively. Think of it as a team collaboration wiki more or less. If it's more like a discussion forum you're after (i.e. in the traditional sense of a forum), then it's probably not suited - however, you can instigate some discussion in Confluence through the comments that can be added to "pages". I quite like it to be honest and in my opinion it's improved through the versions (even despite the loss of direct page editing in wiki markup).

It supports the DB backend on MS SQL Server too...
