Correct memory timings?

I have 2 x 2GB of Corsiar memory installed on my system. Everest gives the reading "2 GB DDR2-800 DDR2 SDRAM (5-5-5-18 @ 400 MHz) (4-4-4-13 @ 270 MHz)".
Printed on the memory itself reads "XMS2-6400 800mhz 4-4-4-12"
What timings is my memory currently running at? Do they run at different timings if using 2 slots? I don't understand why it's showing 3 diffferent readings.

What does the Memory tab of CPU-Z say they are currently running at?

The first 2 settings are the SPD settings, and the last one is the advertised settings.

Here is what CPU-Z says. Looks wrong to me. I thought it should be 4-4-4-12.

Thats what I thought, thanks guys :)
I bought this memory from a competitor but thought they sent me the wrong one. They are sending me another set for a straight swap. Probably too late to cancel it now. Going to email them anyway and let them know.
