Just wondering what the correct procedure is when my new card arrives. I'm going from nvidea to amd. Shall I uninstall the drivers and software from nvidea (will it still work??) then shut down, swap the cards, go online (will it work??) and get the latest AMD drivers and software?

Right, sorry :)

If you do as i explained with the old card in, turn the PC off once back into windows and swap the cards out, then fire the pc up and install the new drivers.

OK thanks. Got it. So I manually uninstall the drivers, then that program will u install something else, and then it will ask me to restart in safe mode to complete.

It will ask that and if you click Yes it will do it its self, once in safe mode press the remove drivers button. once its done that it will automatically reboot into normal mode.

Then turn off the PC, istall new card and...

Thanks. I've got it. :)
Just one query. If this program does the uninstalling for me. Why do I need to uninstall the drivers myself first?
