hi,

i was thinking about getting 2 x 4gb HyperX FURY DDR3 1333MHz CL9 DIMM ram.

my mobo is a GA-H61MA-D3V.

apparently my mobo will support the ram i am looking at buying after checking around for an hour or so (dimm pin slots, cl9 etc..), but i need to double check with people here before i proceed.

anyone?

i have done as much checking up as i can, but i just need someone/people to weigh in and reassure me that i have got the right ram and to go ahead.
if i have missed any specs, please give me a friendly nudge and i will post them.

baz

i read around quite a bit that ram is just, well...ram?
what's people's opinion here about it?
£30 seems decent for 2x8gb.
i can't find anything that's considerably less than £30 for 2x8gb

Some motherboards can be fussy with RAM compatibility, but for the most part RAM is just RAM. The faster kits are screened so that they should run at the advertised speed.
