Correct Ram type for Macbook

Before I take the plunge and upgrade the ram in my 1.8ghz Core Duo Macbook to 2gb in the hope parallels may run a bit smoother I was wondering if I should be buying the buffered or unbuffered variety?
I presume its the unbuffered but just wanted to make sure but i made my journey up the A50 to OcUK

Unbuffered. Well that is what I have got in mine (2GB) and it works fine. The RAM comes from a cannibalized Dell Latitude, oh the irony, Dell RAM in my MacBook!
