New to watercooling and I've bought an entire set of EK fittings https://www.overclockers.co.uk/ek-water-blocks-ek-acf-fitting-12-16mm-black-wc-773-ek.html

Also got 2 metres of Primo tubing https://www.overclockers.co.uk/primochill-primoflex-advanced-tubing-16-11-clear-wc-107-pm.html
Problem is this seems to be extremely tight to fit over the EK barbs. Have I bought the wrong size tubing or is it normal to have to use brute force to get it on there?
If I got the wrong size what do I need to pick? Doesnt seem to be any 12/16 stuff.

You need to warm the tubing a little, use a hair dryer or dip the end in some just off boiling water quickly. This will make the hose more flexible.

So it is the right stuff then that's good to know. Thanks for the tips guys, appreciated, thought my rig was going to be out of action for a few more days!

The primochill tubing is made to be very tight. On the other hand it creates a really strong seal.

Well that's 13mm inner diameter (ID) and 19mm outer diameter (OD), the fittings you have are 12mm ID and 16mm OD.

So the inside would be too loose and not seal, and the outside would not fit in the compression fiting.
Good point, I forgot to look at the OD haha!
