Hi guys

I am about to receive my new Plasma TV Panasonic G15 (very excited)

Now my question is about my home network

I have a Netgear Router DG834N that has 4 network ports on the rear all are full..

Media PC
Gaming PC
Family PC
Synology NAS

Now I need another network cable for the TV, so I have bought a Netgear GS605 5-Port Gigabit Desktop Switch

My Synology is also Gigabit

My media PC also has a Gigabit port

The Netgear modem is not Gigabit

How should I wire this up I am worried about the router being a bottle neck, should I wire the media pc and the synology to the netgear switch.. I have lots of media in my synology and am worried about my HD Home movies streaming to the TV.. Will the traffic pass through the router ??

Please dont mention wireless I live in an old house it does not work !!!!!!!
