So yesterday after I updated my drivers and downloaded Far Cry 4, Windows decided to install some updates when I shut down my PC.
When I tried to boot up my PC today ready to play some Far Cry 4 I got something along the lines of "corrupt BIOS", which seemed to fix itself just fine, but afterwards, as soon as I try to boot into Windows, I get a BSOD. I can't even get into Safe Mode, and Start Up repair will just not work. I tried an earlier restore point (before drivers, and way earlier), but to no avail.
Diagnosis seems to be throwing up the following error messages: 0x0, 0x490.
What should I do from the point? I would really like to try and attempt to fix this, as I have many files important to me which I would not like to loose (I should really start to back up more often
)
Any help appreciated, thanks.
