Corrupt file in MSN live ?

Hi, I am experiancing a problem, only started today, No idea why though, not changed nor installed anything on my computer and no one else has access to it.

This is whilst using MSN Live Messanger, whenever I sign in, talk to some one, etc sign out I keep getting this pop up box,

I have actually re downloaded from M-soft MSN Live and it is still doing it. Have also done a CHKDSK and had this pop on it, every time i ran it. I have also emptied my "Temp" folder and still I get this pop up alert box..



I'm confused why and also what to do next......
