I backed up my Chrome profile so I could restore it when I done a clean Windows 10 install.
But when copying the 'Default' folder back overwriting the original I get the following in the settings.

If I sign in, my bookmarks get restored and so do a few of the extensions.
But because most of my extensions aren't from the web store, apparently they don't get backed up.
It's not the end of the world, I still have a working profile on the other partition, so I can refer back to that and copy settings over.
But if anyone knows a way to get around it, would be much appreciated.
