Corrupted Compact Flash card

Hi guys,

I took a load of photos while on holiday and the card has now corrupted, giving me a message in the camera that I need to reformat. What's the best way of trying to recover my photos? Windows Explorer shows it as unformatted, stating that I need to format it before I can use it...
