I assume these files are utterly borked cause they look like this:

They're nothing I need, but I can't get rid of them cause trying to delete them gives me this:

Someone help me nuke them please!

PS. What's with the new super-annoying popups on imageshack?

Looks like you're trying to delete the SecureROM files ;)

This should do the trick, it worked for me:
Code:
ATTRIB -R -S -A -H "\\?\C:\Documents and Settings\<user profile>\Application Data\SecuROM\UserData\*"

[b]then[/b]

DEL "\\?\C:\Documents and Settings\<user profile>\Application Data\SecuROM\UserData\*"
..replacing <user profile> with whatever you are logged in as (where the files are stored)

God I hate Securom. I can't play any Securom games because it doesn't support my DVD drive  So to play games which use Securom which I have legitimately purchased, I have to use a dodgy nocd crack - which works fine, protection system completely bypassed. Why is it that they make buying/using a game more difficult/impossible than other nefarious means?
