Corsa D Front Skirt

Just managed to rip the buggery out of the front skirt on my car and was wondering if anyone could point me towards the cheapest place to buy a new one? Also, how easy would it be to swap it on my own. I'm illiterate when it comes to cars so here's a photo.

Ebay or breakers. Ebay would probably be your best bet. As for how to do it, have a look on the corsa owners' forums and suchlike, bound to be a guide on there.
