Corsair 250d Cpu cooler height

Hi
i have just ordered this and a few other bits, but before i but a Cpu cooler i need to know something
the official quote from Corsair says the max cpu cooler height is 95mm
but from this pic, you would think i can put a larger one in?

does anyone have the corsair 250d and have installed a larger cpu cooler?

Apparently that picture is without the optical drive installed, so if you have one install you may not be able to exceed the 95mm quoted,

Maybe a short DVD drive will help? I've had compact drives before. But a large cooler may interfere with the drive.

i am not putting in an optical drive (havent used one for years now)
so i should be good to go with a decent air cooler then...brill

dont fancy spending the money on an hydro cooler
