Corsair 300R + H100i

So I've recently moved somewhere hot and sunny, and my room temp is normally about 30c or so (sometimes higher ). I've been considering going watercooling, I don't fancy a full watercooling rig but I do like the look of the AIO.

I've seen conflicting information about it fitting in a Corsair 300R though. Has anyone managed to fit one before?

Or even possible to mount it externally somehow?
