Corsair 3500LLpro +Asrock 939Dual

Are there any known incompatabilities between the corsair 2048TwinX 3500LL pro modules and the Asrock 939Dual SataII ?

I recieved my modules today and put them in only to find the machine not in any way stable. Memtest86+ shows constamt errors in test 5 and 8 and sometimes 6 at default timmings at 200fsb. havent tried to push the mem to 238. No matter what latancy i set and volatge the modules just wont become error free and its annoying the hellout of me atm and will probably return the modules.

Ive tried both black and blue slots, latest 2.20 bios and i cant do anything to get the modules working. Incedently I had a quick try with the modules on my nF7 and errors appear as well at the default timmings but not nearly as extreme as when on the asrock

Sounds like the sticks are duff if they are erroring on both boards @ 200 Mhz 3-3-3-8.

the nf7 just about copes if i up to 2.8v but not perfect, but nothing works on the asrock. 3-3-3-8 dram voltage high :| I should add that the lights act totaly differently on the two boards. on the nf7, apart from top to leds, the lights light up on side at a time interchanging every few seconds durring the mem tests. on the asrock all leds are lit and look to be interchanging and such a fast rate , almost a flicker is visable.

Still even if they worked and high latacy, I want them to work at their default latancy concidering their premium price :|
