Hi i have one of these cases but i have problems with the oboards fans, especially the side fan. Sometimes they don't start up and i have to open the case and give them a little push and then they start up. Also the button on the front of the case doesn't seem to do much.

Is there a way to increase fan speed ?

Sounds like they're not being fed enough power - how are they connected?

My 400R didn't come with a side fan, it came with 2 white LED front fans and a rear fan. The button on the front switches the front fans LEDs on and off

Check the connections, especially the 4-pin molex. Chances are you half-popped the pins out the back of the latter when connecting everything up. Just carefully push them in tight with a screwdriver.
