Purchased a custom build using the Corsair 450D.

My choice of CPU Cooler is a H60 V2 cooling a 4690k now I have a Corsair
SP120 fan which I would like to mount on my H60 for Push and Pull after unboxing the fan I seem to be lacking the screws which go through the corners (technical term!!) Would these have come with my case as every fan is mounted using these.

But whoever build my case didn't include any of the left over screws which came with my case I assume.

What's the name of these screw fitting thingymabobs? :p

Edit: Or would the H60 have left over screws? (Thinking this theory is more on the money the more I think about it)

btw how do you like your case?
Ive been using lian li cases for awhile now - Really nice quality/light but just a tad too small.

450d looks compact still but just a little more room (so I can fit all my drives and stuff in there and keep things a bit more clutter free.

So how do you like it - weight/fan noise build quality etc

thanks

Yeah I went with the 450D due to originally wanting the 350D (Mini ATX) but figured it was that little bit to small, then the daddy of the 350D too big.

Build quality is great, the dust filters are fantastic.

My previous case was an Antec 900, so this thing is very light indeed :D

Plenty of room and cable management capability's, Running 4690k and 970 GTX.

Front 140MM x2 idle/web browsing etc around 600RPM, 2 hours of Far Cry 4 on Ultra, H60 keeping CPU High 30's/Low 40's 1100RPM and front two intake 850RPM virtually silent depending on how good your ears are!

Go look up at some reviews, least that way you'll get to see the case better too. :D

Pretty sure the H60 only came with 4 fan screws.

Some people have said it is ok to use 2 screws for each fan.

OCUK sell screws that fit. (maybe use a washer in case they are to long)

Thanks for this! ... def want this case now - I like silent cases and a sleek look - my lian li has a really nice look but its just too small for me. My wires are so cluttered in there. Have 4 Hds and 2 SSds atm along with a DVD and graphics card so it looks like a rats nest in my case ... the 650d looks too big thou.

The case due to it's great airflow so far hasn't broken a sweat and is near silent.

But due to having the front panel/bottom of the case/top of the case completely open there isn't much sound proofing but this also allows the fans to work at lower RPM.

Where as an silenced case I'd imagine fans would have to work at a higher RPM creating more noise but then having silencing methods in place.

Pro's of Con's to both I guess just an interesting angle to look at this in.
