Has anyone on here got this case?

i was looking for inspiration on what i could do with it in terms of cooling systems and arrangements, custom cables and room for further imrpovements, i would love to see what people have done.

Yes, I do.

Removed the HDD bay to open up the front more, stuck two AF140 in the front and placed my HDD in the second optical bay. Have an AF120 in rear and two more AF140 up top.

Great case for air flow, cable management is ok and I'd like to think for a first timer I've done ok and it's quite clean. I'd post pics but I'm two components away from an upgrade so would rather wait!

I do have 3 pin fans though so it's not the most quiet but I game with headphones anyway so no worries. If I was to do it again, or upgrade, I'd get ones i could control.

Very happy with the case though!

As above airflow is great, and it's a decent case to build in given the relatively small size. I've added a 120mm fan to the bottom in an effort to maintain positive pressure in relation to the H100i that's exhausting from the top. I'm using a far splitter with 7v output to drop the RPM of the stock fans.

Note that the filter on the front is very coarse so huge amounts of dust get sucked in, but this can be worked around by adding further fan filters.

Do you know of any fan filters that will fit the 450d, in terms of a kit? OC website seems to have 200r, 350 etc.. but not for the 450d. Unless I'm not looking in the right place!

The filters are great in that they are easy to remove and maintain, however the front one is very coarse so admits a lot of dust. I've added a pair of Silverstone 140mm fan filters behind the main filter which really helps cut down on dust intake.

i have problems with the front filter taking in dust to be fair, i was going to make a crude fix and stretch some old tights over the inside of the filter... but that was a little bit too rough i thought haha
